'Ommatidium'

Het jaargangenproject 'Ommatidium' (2006) bestaat uit een ijsgrijze acrylaat kubus van 27x27x27 cm, met bovenin zeven gleuven, waarin de halfjaarlijkse supplementen geplaatst kunnen worden. Bij dit project zijn dat kleine objecten en kunststof plaatjes van 25 x 25 cm met uiteenlopende voorstellingen, die de binnenruimte bespelen. De voorstellingen verbinden de dagelijkse realiteit met universele thema's. Maximale oplage van de supplementen: 100.

The volumes project 'Ommatidium' (2006) consists of an icegrey acrylic cube (27 x 27 x 27 cm), with seven slots at the top, in which the biannual supplements can be placed. In the case of this project these are small objects and plastic plates (25 x 25 cm) with a diversity of depictions, that manipulate the inner space. The depictions connect day-to-day-reality with universal themes. Maximum number of supplements: 100.
